What are your opening hours? We’re open 11am – 9pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and from 11am – 6pm on weekends. Ticket prices vary based on what date and time you’d like to visit.

When is the best time to visit?That depends on your preference! Our quieter times are weekdays, during the day. Evenings and weekends will be busier.

Online prices are subject to a 6% booking fee which goes to SEE Tickets. The above prices listed are exclusive of booking fee. It is cheaper to book online versus on the door.
What are timed tickets? Excluding evening events (which are 18+), the Fair has hourly ticket slots which helps create a steady flow of visitors throughout the fair. You can arrive at any point during your hour slot, and stay at the fair as long as you like. How do timed tickets work?○ Choose the date and time to suit you when purchasing your ticket.○ Arrive anytime during your 1 hour timeslot (e.g. anytime between 2 and 3pm), and stay at the fair as long as you wish. ○ Show your ticket on arrival (printed out or on your phone), this will be scanned by our staff to gain entry.How far in advance do I need to buy tickets?We suggest you book your tickets as soon as you can to secure the date and time of your choosing.
Do children under 16 need a ticket?Children 16 years and younger go free, but they still need a ticket to enter – please book this in advance. Children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
What activities do you have for children?During Family Hour (Saturday and Sunday, 11am – 12pm) there will be face painting, scavenger hunts and creative activities for children of all ages to enjoy.Do you offer concession tickets? Yes, we offer concessions for visitors aged over 65, full time students, and those in receipt of jobseekers allowance or income support. Please bring proof of concessionary status with you to the fair. We also offer Access tickets for visitors with accessibility needs, along with a free carer/companion ticket. Can I buy a ticket in person on the day?Yes, you’re welcome to come along on the day. At busier times, there may be a queue and you may have to wait to enter the Fair. Also bear in mind tickets will be more expensive on the door versus online.Will my ticket allow me to re-enter the fair?All ticket-holders are welcome to visit the fair again – to do so you’ll need to use our re-entry code to book a new ticket, which can be found on site at the fair. If you’re not sure where to find the code, please come and chat to our team at the info desk. Can I change my ticket date or time after purchasing it?See below, ‘Can I get a refund on my ticket?’.Can I get a refund on my ticket?Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, at our discretion, we may be able to exchange some tickets for alternative dates and times, providing we have availability. We are not able to exchange tickets which are valid for past dates or time slots. Please contact our ticketing customer service if you wish to exchange. My plans have changed and I no longer need my free ticket. What should I do?If you have been offered a complimentary ticket and can no longer attend, please contact ticketing customer service who can release the ticket for someone else to enjoy. The time slot I want is sold out; do you have a waiting list?Unfortunately we are not able to offer a waiting list for sold-out time slots, but we recommend checking back in case tickets have become available, or selecting the next available timeslot. Once I leave the fair, can I re-enter another time / day?See above, ‘Will my ticket allow me to re-enter the fair?’.
THE FAIR EXPERIENCE
What are your food and drink options?We have a range of delightful bars, cafés and food trucks to help fuel your art search, whether you’re just after a coffee, or something more substantial. You’ll find a delicious selection of food outlets – including Moroccan street food from Harissa & Lemon, Neapolitan Wood-fired Pizza from Street Dough, healthy, plant-based dishes including salads and wraps from Açai Girls, and delicious barista coffee from Routes. And of course, our bars are stocked full of delicious tipples to toast your new purchase, including from Official Spirit Partner, Silent Pool Gin.

Will you be running the shuttle bus service?Yes, our free shuttle bus will be running from Sloane Square tube station at the following times.

There may be some instances where artwork needs to stay up until the end of the Fair, but the majority of artworks are ready to take home. Our complimentary wrapping service will ensure your artworks can be carried off safely. Our Official Shipping Partner, The British Shop can also arrange shipping for artworks needing to travel further afield. Can I make an advanced appointment with a gallery?Of course – please reach out to the gallery directly and coordinate an appointment with them. Will I be photographed or filmed during my visit?Photography and filming takes place at all Affordable Art Fair events. It is common practice and helps us to inspire future visitors to discover the joy of collecting art. Are pushchairs allowed at the fair?Yes, as always pushchairs are welcome. You may want to book for Family Hour to save on tickets!
Is the fair fully accessible?Yes, Affordable Art Fair Battersea is fully wheelchair accessible for people with reduced mobility. We offer Access tickets along with a free ticket for a carer or companion. These can be booked online, but please contact us on enquiries@affordableartfair.com if you wish to book a wheelchair or a parking space.
Are you operating a cloakroom? Yes we are, for £1 per item. Pushchairs are free. Will fair guides and maps be available?Yes there will be a free fair guide and map available to pick up onsite. We will also be offering a digital fair guide which you can download before coming to the fair, and print should you wish. Will there be a wrapping desk and delivery service?Please see ‘Can I buy and take art home on the same day?’.Will the toilets be open?Yes, our toilets will be open and we will be operating enhanced cleaning and providing hand sanitiser.Are dogs allowed at the fair?Yes, we are happy for well-behaved dogs on leads to come along and enjoy the artwork!
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What are your hygiene measures?We have a range of measures in place to help visitors enjoy the fair more safely, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser and card only payments. Entry is timed to help ensure a steady flow of visitors. If I feel unwell on the day my ticket is booked, what should I do?Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
