As a county with strong countryside connections, Wiltshire has a thriving market scene offering a wealth of produce and locally supplied goods to draw the crowds in. Here’s a list of our general market days in Wiltshire, come and enjoy some of our timeless places:

Amesbury

  • Wednesday on Salisbury Street
  • Country Market first Saturday of the month at the Methodist Church Hall (10am – 11.30am)

Bradford on Avon

  • Thursday in Bridge Street Car Park
  • Country Market in first and third Thursday morning at Riverside Inn
  • Farmers’ Market third Thursday April, second Thursday (9am-1pm) in Westbury Gardens
  • Artisan Market, every Friday (9.00am-2.00pm) in Lamb Yard
  • Artisan Market, every Sunday (9.00am-2.00pm) in Lamb Yard

Calne

  • Friday in Phelps Parade, Market Place
  • Farmers’ Market second Saturday of each month (9am-1pm), The Pippin

Chippenham

  • Chippenham Town Market every Friday and Saturday, as well as the Chippenham Multi Markets on the third Sunday of every month.

Corsham

  • Tuesday on the High Street
  • Fridays – County Market, St Aldhelm’s Church Hall, 9.30am-11.30am and last Friday of the month in the Martingate Centre

Corsham Creative Market is a handmade market featuring local stallholders from Corsham and the surrounding areas. It is held on the first Saturday of every month in Springfield Community Campus, SN13 9DN, from 11am -3 pm.

At our market you will find over 30 stalls selling a wide range of high quality, locally produced arts and crafts including jewellery, ceramics, clothing, candles, woodwork, paintings, home baked goodies and much more.

  • Thursday indoor and outdoor markets
  • Saturday indoor market
  • Tuesday collectors’ market
  • Farmers’ Markets first Saturday morning of the month (9am -1pm), Market Place

Highworth

  • Every Saturday (8am – 4pm) in the Market Square

Malmesbury

  • Farmers’ market every Friday (10am – 3pm) at Market Cross

Pewsey

  • Tuesday in Bouverie Hall Car Park
  • Tuesday County Market (9.30am – 11am)

Royal Wootton Bassett

  • Wednesday
  • Farmers’ market every fourth Saturday of month on High Street

Salisbury

  • Charter Market, every Tuesday and Saturday (except on the third Tuesday in October), Tuesday 9.00am – 3.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 3.30pm from January to March. Tuesday 9.00am – 3.30pm, Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm from April to December.
  • Wiltshire Farmers’ Market every Wednesday April, weekly (9am – 2pm), Poultry Cross
  • Car Boot Sundays, every third Sunday of the month, 9am-12noon (NOTE March, April & May’s markets have been cancelled)
  • Salisbury Street Sellers, second Sunday of the month, 10am-4pm (NOTE March, April & May’s markets have been cancelled)

Sutton Benger

  • Farmers’ Market, second Saturday of each month 9am-1pm at the Bell House Hotel, SN15 4RH

Swindon

  • Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in Blunsdon Abbey Stadium
  • Tented market in Market Street Monday – Saturday
  • Farmers’ Market every Sunday at Swindon Designer Outlet

Trowbridge

  • Trowbridge Wednesdays Market, Fore Street & Emmanuel’s Yard, 9am-3pm
  • Independent Weavers Market – second Saturday of every month 10-4, Fore Street & Emmanuel’s Yard

Warminster

  • Farmers’ Market first & third Friday of each month (9am – 1.30pm) in Central Car Park, nr Library
  • Friday Country Market at the Library (9.30am – 11.30am)

Westbury

  • Every Wednesday in the High Street (8am – 2pm)

Wilton

  • Thursday in Market Place
  • Country Market at Wilton Community Centre on Fridays (10am – 11am)
