Graduation Party Free Printables

I’m so excited about these graduation party free printables. You can coordinate your celebration and it will look so cute but all you have to do is print and cut! All the hard work has been done for you! If you like our graduation party free printables the best thing you can do to say thank you is to follow us on pinterest! I will love you forever and I promise to keep whipping up cool stuff for you to print and look like a rock star!

Paper

I often get asked what paper I recommend. I really like this card stock paper on amazon. It is much cheaper than I have found in stores and has a good thickness for these projects without being so thick that it jams the printer.

I love these graduation cupcake toppers. I made these and all of the other printables in this series in every year up to 2020 so they won’t be out of date for a while. These might be my favorite of all of the graduation party free printables. And you can purchase these awesome flat toothpicks on amazon that will make it easier to make these.

These black & white food labels are super versatile. You can use them as name cards, you can write directions on it like “please have a seat!” These wire place card holders would be really cute to hold them up or you can fold them over.

There are a ton of cute inexpensive black and white items you can order on amazon like these plates, dessert plates, cups, napkins, popcorn boxes, table cloth, foil balloons, paper straws, and pom pom decoration. I searched around and these are currently the most inexpensive options so save yourself some time! Each link will take you to the individual item and you can add it to your cart.

These graduation banners even have a blank option and a tutorial on how to easily edit them so you can write your grad’s name and hang it as decoration if you want. Or use one of our pre-made options for a super easy and cute banner that makes it look like you spent way longer on it than you did.

Use this “Thank you for your part in my journey” printable as a thank you card or frame it and use as decoration at your party.

These graduation water bottle wrappers would be a fun easy way to hydrate everyone.

Here are some free printable thank you cards to match the decor. You will also need some envelopes and these white envelopes are really inexpensive.

Add some fun to your party with this free printable photobooth.
