About Us

Set in beautiful rural Lincolnshire UK, just a few miles from the Historic Cathedral City of Lincoln, Hemswell Antique Centres is the ideal venue for a great day out! The centres offer a wonderful mix of antiques and collectables from bygone times.

Get away from it all and spend the day exploring the maze of rooms in each building which feature an unrivalled choice of beautiful high quality goods.

We guarantee that it will keep you fascinated for hours. There is wheelchair access to the ground floors of all our buildings, including access to the coffee shop in building one.

You’ll find that there’s so much to see while you’re with us, but remember it’s not all hard work! Take time to relax and sample the homemade delights made from locally sourced produce in our licensed coffee shop, which is part of Tastes of Lincolnshire. This enables us to provide excellent home made food using good local products. We’ve an extensive menu to choose from and there’s hot and cold refreshments available throughout the day.

We carry the most extensive range of antique pine, rare kitchenalia, rustic and country made furniture from all over the world. We try very hard to find the unusual to compliment any home.

Fine vintage leather luggage and traditional sporting items are also usually seen here in the Centres. Musical items such as gramaphones, music boxes and instruments can also be found.

The Centres always stocks a good high quality selection of english longcase clocks, period bracket clocks, and wall clocks, and also boasts a fine selection of aneroid banjo, wheel and stick barometers from the late C18th to the early C20th.

You will discover a large and fine selection of quality Georgian and Victorian mahogany, oak and walnut furniture for the bedroom, sitting room, dining room or for occasional use.

The Centres house a vast selection of ceramics and glass from early staffordshire pottery, oriental porcelain and victorian glass through to collectable C20th ceramics and glass.

A good selection of decorative items, including oriental rugs, throws, curtains, scatter cushions, lamp shades, and tapestries are always available in the Centres, and beautifully displayed.

Amongst the vast array of beautiful items for sale at Hemswell, we have dealers who sell good quality silver ware and jewellery. This large selection is of interest to both the collector, and trade buyer.
