Subject to availability, it is possible to purchase a pitch on the day of the market (referred to as a Casual Pitch). We only accept cash payments on the day and the price of a Casual Pitch is at least £10 more than the pre-booked price.
Outside Pitches are approximately 4m wide x 8m deep and you must ensure you book enough pitches to accommodate your vehicle and stock. Most are allocated pitches and the number is painted in white on the ground. Make sure you set up on the correct pitch and consult a steward if you are unsure.
It is very disruptive to you and other exhibitors if we have to ask you to move your stock because you have set-up on the wrong pitch. Pitches in the Allocation on arrival area are not allocated but are marked out. DO NOT take up more than your entitled space, You will be asked to move your stock.
For any more information please telephone our office on +44(0)1636 702326. (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm). Please note, it is not possible to make a booking online.
The booking office closes at 3pm on the Wednesday before the market. If you haven’t made a booking by this time you can still attend the market and can pay cash for a pitch on the day, subject to availability.
