Subject to availability, it is possible to purchase a pitch on the day of the market (referred to as a Casual Pitch). We only accept cash payments on the day and the price of a Casual Pitch is at least £10 more than the pre-booked price.
Outside Pitches are approximately 4m wide x 8m deep and you must ensure you book enough pitches to accommodate your vehicle and stock. Most are allocated pitches and the number is painted in white on the ground. Make sure you set up on the correct pitch and consult a steward if you are unsure.
It is very disruptive to you and other exhibitors if we have to ask you to move your stock because you have set-up on the wrong pitch. Pitches in the Allocation on arrival area are not allocated but are marked out. DO NOT take up more than your entitled space, You will be asked to move your stock.
